Job Description Summary:

We are currently seeking to hire a talented Logistics Analyst for our office in Moscow, Russia.  
Russia Service Logistics team is a great support of Service team Russia. Together we collaborate and do our best to get spare parts into Russia to support a great Russian installation base (linear accelerators, brachy therapy systems). 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Processing orders for spare parts for both domestic and/or international requests in accordance with company policy and practice (import/export) 

• Coordinates and performs activities such as order entry, order acknowledgement, order revision and preparation of shipping documents 

• Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns of materials 

• Coordinates with Service team closely to clarify the required technical details 

• Updates databases with status of ordered and returned materials issues and accounts for inventory inbounds/outbounds 

• Tracks the status of parts returns, replacements, sales orders, shipments, licenses, costs and delivery schedules 

• Ensures service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms, maintaining databases 

• Maintains records of product changes and product pricing 

• Coordinates and perform any activities associated with the transfer of consigned material, order tracking & customs clearance by working with the transportation carriers and brokers 

• Coordinates and performs activities associated with the request and renewal of quality certifications and import licenses 

• Prepare and review reports from SAP and take appropriate actions 

• Analyses site partners orders to prepare required documents for Compliance screenings 

• Prepares required supporting documents packages for BIS (Bureau of Industry and Security USA) export licenses applications 

 

Experience & Skills Required :

• Commercial school degree or equivalent formal education, Import / Export education preferable 

• Minimum 2 years of related experience 

• Direct customer support experience or administrative experience 

• Order processing experience or an equivalent combination of formal training in data processing, marketing, international business, finance and accounting, production control or related office and business education.         

• Familiar with business tools such as email, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with focus on Excel 

• Prior experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software is desired 

• Thorough understanding of customers and their requirements 

• Understanding of international shipping and transportation regulations                       

• Planning and organizing skills with a high degree of attention to detail 

• Comfortable with routine tasks, fluency in Russian and in English, both written and spoken. English used every business day

• Good PC skills with excellent interpersonal communication skills & Excellent customer relations skills 

• Good team player, open minded and intuitive 

• Attentive to details 

• Fast learning
