The Logistics Analyst (Contract) will be heavily involved in all aspects of vehicle transportation from ensuring vehicles are timely delivered, to coordinating processes and providing outstanding service levels for all the business units of the Canadian organization.
Coordinate and manage vehicle transportation to final destination in conjunction and with support of corporate vehicle logistics group Assist and coordinate with Business Centers and National Fleet any vehicle logistics requirements within the Canadian market Coordinate the shipment of Canadian vehicles for several internal business accounts Works closely with North American Vehicle logistics group, Canadian Business Centers and National Fleet group Main liaison with carriers/terminals/yard providers and logistics business partners Generate Special transportation transaction in coordination with the procurement teamMajor Duties:
Main liaison & support for the National & Regional Fleet teams; coordinating, tracking and expediting delivery of Daily Rental, leasing, and Government vehicles Main support for reassigning, tracking and expediting Marketing, PR & Events vehicles Main point of contact for outfitters and responsible for EDI 550 submissions & tracking Company Car and auction support on ordering, reassigning, tracking, and shipping vehicles Vehicles reassignment and diversion in mainframe, OBT & Rubicon Resetting vehicles status in OBT and Rubicon Managing Special projects and auto show events support Zones general requests for BOS/Invoices/NVISFCA Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodation for people with accessibility needs due to disabilities in all aspects of the hiring process. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree High Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL spreadsheet and data management Customer care skills (working with Internal/External customers) Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced environment Extremely organized, superior planning skills, independent, self-directed and detail oriented Proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Legally eligible to work in CanadaPreferred Qualifications:
