Opportunity Overview
1. Order tracking and fulfillment
+ Respond to customer’s order and request
+ Confirm parts’ quotation with customer and place PO in system.
+ Inventory checking in system and tracking, communicate inventory shortage with planning team.
+ Customer order tracking, ensuring on time delivery.
2. Communication with customer
+ Confirm the shipping document requirement with customer, support customer for the document preparation.
+ Updating onsite-engineer and customer with the order status, such as shipment and inventory status.
+ Support to track the invoice from customer and ensure payment.
+ Other request from customer about order delivery
+ Post-sales support. Handle customer complaints and offer solutions.
3. Parts tracking
+ Tracking the defective parts return from Customer.
+ Maintain and monitor the data log. Work with on-site engineer to accelerate the parts return.
4. Cooperation with other internal functions
+ Support finance team to collect the payment from customer.
+ Closely cooperation with planning, logistics, field team, and finance.
+ Act as the focal contact between the company and customer regarding any parts support related questions.
5. Database maintaining
+ Maintain the basic information of customer.
+ Maintain the log of the request from customer.
+ Prepare parts service reports.

+ College degree (Bachelor degree is a plus)
+ Adequate English reading & writing skills, fluent English speaking is a plus.
+ 1-2 years related experience. (Excellent graduate might be considered)
+ Proactive, integrity, and attentive.
+ Work under pressure
