Customer Service Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local import/export operations. Each day, you will supervise performance of customs brokers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to Electrification Smart Power Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for:•Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) and positive customer experience throughout the entire process•Ensures the Logistics processes – preparation of needed documentation for deliveries in EU and non-EU countries in compliance with local and international legislation•Maintains all needed settings and parameters in Sales and Distribution module in SAP•Prepares and analyzes regular statistics using available tools and collecting relevant informationYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor´s degreeYou are qualified in Customer Service, Order Handling or in Logistics is an advantageExtensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAPYou are at ease communicating in EnglishAbility to demonstrate your experience in international manufacturing companyYou are passionate about working in a team environment
