Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods.Handle customs clearance processes and documentation for imports and exports.Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.Maintain communication with carriers, customs officials, and other stakeholders.Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and customs clearance.Track and report on logistics performance metrics.Develop and implement improvements to logistics processes.Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for customs clearance of goods.Liaise with customs officials and clients to ensure compliance with all regulations.Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the clearance process.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a related role.In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance.Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Ability to guide tariff classifications and regulations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customs authorities.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.An intermediate level of English language is required.Proficient in Insurance and clearance data and policies and EPL platform.Result-oriented personality.
