Job Description

Monitor Sales and Order Operation

Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growthDevelop service procedures, policies and standardsSet a clear mission for Purchase Order movement and deploy strategies focused towards that missionAnalyse statistics and compile accurate reports for CRM, Opps, Open orders, Invoiced MTD, Incoming PO in accordance to BP / prognosis and host sales meetingsInvolve to and resolve related projects, planning, optimizing, and controlling of the result to increase sales productivitySupervise payment term and invoicing process for smooth cashflowClarify for Internal and External Audit

Supervise Logistics Coordination

Timely resolve all issues and requirements regarding to Customs audit, Conformity certificate and other customs clearance matters from AuthoritiesPlan and monitor inbound, outbound deliveriesManage shipping route and timeline as well as handle all incidents from unloading point to local deliveriesReview and approve local logistics and transportation costSet up the target shipments for VN Log teamBe in charge for Transfer Price topic, clarify face to face the different price to CustomsOptimize transportation cost and transit time, cost management, claim and warranty processDirect Demo stock storage, cycle counting and scrappingEnsure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and regulationsMeet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsWork with other stakeholders to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics related subjectsFluent communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently, strong team player and take initiative, good communication & negotiation skills, ability to work under pressureGood sense with numbers and dataResponsible, professional, careful, high detail orientationIn-depth knowledge of the industrySolid understanding of logistics and production management SAP systemOutstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
