We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our well-established Operations and Support team located in Malvern, Worcestershire (UK). This is an onsite role.

Role Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for worldwide shipments, ensuring all activities are undertaken in strict compliance with import, export and other shipping regulations and Company policies. This role will help ensure our 100% On Time Delivery programme goals are achieved with both incoming and outgoing goods whilst being compliant. The Malvern site imports and exports commercial and export-controlled goods and potentially ITAR.  This is an onsite position.

What YOU will do in this role:

Managing and checks of all in-coming goods

Manage all out-going goods, working with internal customers and freight forwarding partners

Close working with Global Trade updating records for import and exports to HMRC and ECJU requirements

Manage equipment serial number processing

Manage physical inventory checks and customer property

Manage the monitoring and control of calibrated equipment

Supporting returned material processing and quarantine of goods

Liaising with various parts of the business including Supply Chain, Production, Engineering and Programmes

Contribute to team growth through active participation in improvement initiatives

From time to time the successful candidate may be required by the Company to perform other tasks and/or learn new skills which are not included in the above responsibilities, but are within their capabilities and, where necessary, training will be given

Skills you must have:

You must be a self-motivated individual who is

Highly organised and efficient

Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft 365)

Experience of ERP and MRP systems (SAP)
