The Logistics Apprentice will take on a multifaceted role ensuring both first class communication with Customers and Field Engineers, as well as internal processes such as Service Contracts and Invoicing logistics operations. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** + Placing and managing orders, + Assisting on assets management, + Communicating with customers and suppliers for Service related processes, + Managing local warehouses and inventory, + Coordinating Exports & Imports processes, + Requesting and coordinating shipment deliveries with freight forwarders, + Clarifying desired information, completing transactions and forwarding requests, + Communicating with external customers and internal Field Service team. **Required Qualifications & Skills** + College degree in related field (management studies, logistics, economics, etc.) or equivalent, + Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in both Romanian and English, + Ability on managing office related activities and strong multitasking skills, + Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employee and customers at all levels, + Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives, + Results driven approach. **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
