**Summary:**
Meta's Enterprise Operations Supply Chain is responsible for fulfilling all internal end user IT needs, alongside an expanding product and services fulfillment portfolio. We build integrated, scalable and robust processes, and support systems, to manage service deployment, delivery and inventory end to end life cycle.We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, individual to help define, build, manage and execute with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and projects, to play a key role in reimagining efficiency by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise. This is a full-time position based in India with less than 20% travel required.
**Required Skills:**
Logistics Asset Manager Responsibilities:
1. Lead the ideation, technical development, implementation and or integration of innovative processes to support our growing product mix.
2. Own the end to end asset management process and systems for supported business streams
3. Support Regional/Country specific IT Logistics services as a service owner, including but not limited to operational oversight, governance, H&S adherence, service improvement, efficiency gains, risk management and mitigation, issue resolution, and overall service guidance for processes within your remit.
4. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
5. New business stream integration for your operation
6. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and services
7. Drive process efficiency and automation consistently with a team of world-class engineers and designers
8. Identify the key levers that have the greatest impact on operational efficiencies
9. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
10. Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organization
11. Ensure that all activities for own area of responsibility are performed in line with local tax and accounting policies and procedures
12. Advise stakeholders of supplier, market, commercial and contractual issues and risk
13. Establish, maintain and follow-up frame agreements with regional partners and suppliers
14. Cooperate across disciplines and departments at regional and global level
15. Perform a variety of supply chain tasks with awareness across cultural, geographic and political environments
16. Service owner for all internal/external audit requirements
17. Ensure Trade Compliance and related operational requirements
**Minimum Qualifications:**

18. 3+ years of supply chain experience, with focus on operational excellence, process improvement, inventory management, forward and reverse logistics
19. Experience with enterprise inventory management & ticketing systems
20. Experience optimizing supply chain processes to meet end customer service level agreement
21. Experience managing regionally and/or globally dispersed assets
22. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
23. Experience of effectively communicating new concepts and ideas to a diverse range of partners and stakeholders
24. Experience of solving complex problems and embracing ambiguity to drive innovative and impactful solutions
25. Demonstrated experience in operational delivery and oversight
