**What is the job about?**
Coordinate and support activities to achieve flawless processing of sales orders and deliveries to European and overseas markets to meet customer expectations and request and confirm delivery dates.
**Your primary tasks involve but not limited to:**
• Sales orders containing all data for deliveries with incomplete SO’s corrected
• SAP delivery errors identified and corrected, detection and correction of missing route in deliveries
• Invoicing to other Grundfos companies
• Ensure delivery creation for sales orders and STO’s due for delivery
• Timely placement and reset of delivery blocks
• Handling of premium freight
• Initiation and coordination of rush orders
• Information to 1Office and coordination of delayed deliveries not shipped
• Assessment of order changes to support execution, rejection, modification
• Timely handling of delivery issue related claims and CIC/mail enquiries
• Transparent assessment and effective execution of non-standard deliveries
• Monitoring of blocked deliveries for timely release
• Updates of CMIR for specific order situations
• Regular assessment of customer feedback & action plans for customer service improvement, including monthly skype meetings, KPI’s, Internal collaboration survey
**What do you need to apply?**
• College degree or OKJ certification (preferred in Logistics)
• Relevant work experience provides a benefit
• Fluent Hungarian and English language skills both written and verbal
• User-level computer skills – confident in MS Office (SAP is beneficial)
• Accuracy and precision, ability to work alone
• Customer-oriented attitude, attention to details
