We are looking for a talented and accomplished Logistics Assistant to join our team.

As a Logistics Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:

Administrative responsibilities concerning IT asset management (check-in and check-out of loaned equipment inventory through WASP and generating equipment documents via DocuSign) Receive and inspect incoming equipment, including logging and verifying contents against respective documents Assemble IT equipment, prepare shipping packages and facilitate equipment movement Manage the movement of equipment and goods between different locations and users including generating shipment documents Liaise with courier vendors to coordinate the delivery or return of equipment or goods as required Manage the company’s IT equipment storage rooms and ensure that all assets are properly placed Follow-up on pending deliveries and returns  Prepare reports on equipment movement, inventory status and any relevant logistics metrics

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

Proficient English level (C1 and above) German language skills would be nice to have (B2 leval) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail MS office skills Ability to work as team member in an extremely fast-paced environment Cooperate with multiple departments within the company Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory) Comfortable with communicating with individuals at all levels, inside and outside of the organization. (e.g. employees, providers etc.) Ability to identify and prioritize activities, problem-solving and analytical skills utilizing available resources Prior experience in Logistics will be considered an asset Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece Be located in Athens, Greece (office based position) Go further with Foundever™
