Job DescriptionLocates parts specified in sales and production ordersPicks materials and verifies correct part numbers and quantitiesOperates industrial equipment (forklift, tugger, electric pallet jacks, and man-up vehicles)Delivers material to product lines on an hourly basis (or faster),Cycle Count as requiredDevelops and feedbacks ideas for improvements and assists with implementationMaintains 5S system in work areaManages all product flow using SAP and other documentation as necessary

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to learn/identify differences in series of products to insure accurate and quality product is delivered to value streamAble to frequently lift at least 30 lbsAble to stand and walk 90 % of working timeAble to operate a RFID scannerAble to navigate computer systems and operate a printerMust demonstrate ability to perform all job assignments on a rotating basisAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsHigh level of associate involvement, teamwork, initiativeStrong commitment to customers, both internal and external (customer-focused)Strive for continuous improvement of oneself and the surrounding work environmentEffective communication and interaction with fellow associatesAbility to function in a team environment with little supervision
