Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Logistics Associate
**Location:** Saint Francis, WI
**Pay Range:** $22 - $24 DOE
**What's the Job?**
+ Effectively communicate problems to the Distribution Manager.
+ Pull stock for orders and perform accurate counts.
+ Put away inventory and route items to the proper department.
+ Accurately transfer inventory into the system and confirm receipt of the transfer.
+ Perform cycle counts, accurately enter counts into the system, and reconcile inventory errors.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to operate under minimal supervision and make decisions in the absence of the Logistics Lead.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Demonstrated responsibility for following quality control guidelines and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
+ Willingness to train and work within the logistics group as directed.
