C.H. Robinson is looking for a Logistics Associate to join our Managed Solutions division in Wrocław. In this role, you will support account teams in delivering top-tier logistics services to our customers. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem-solving in a dynamic environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Respond to customer and carrier requests regarding shipments, tracking, and financials

Monitor daily operations, proactively manage issues, and follow up as needed

Generate and enhance reports on shipment activities

Secure spot market capacity when needed

Process and communicate customer changes, such as appointment rescheduling

Collect, organize, and distribute operational data to internal teams

Collaborate with other departments on shared tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Internship or entry-level experience in operations or customer service

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills

Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Eligibility to work in Poland
