As a Logistics Associate with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will followed established procedures and complete tasks related to the shipping and receiving of product. 

Additional Duties: 

 Responsible for the quality and accuracy of outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follows established procedures for shipping, compliance to shipping standards including accurate and thorough customs paperwork. Contacts freight carriers as needed. Prepares manuals for all standard and special products. Responsible for the quality and accuracy of incoming shipments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follows the established receiving procedures. Prioritizes customer returns and works closely with production, product groups, engineers, and sales personnel to provide the best possible service. Performs basic operational checks, initiates repair work documentation and forwards products and reports to the responsible sales team member. Ensures repair documentation is complete and included calibration certificates when necessary. Responsible for the efficient flow of finished product into the group including accurate inventory transactions. Makes sure that all products prepared for shipment are correct and complete. Follows established methods and procedures for inventory.Contacts customer account coordinators and other departments to inform them of product flaws or errors in paperwork. Notifies supervision of any shortage of supplies. May be required to requisition supplies for logistics area.Maintains safe work habits, keeps area clean and organized.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum of 3 to 6 months of similar experience. Basic computer skills.Travel Requirement: As needed
