Responsibilities:

Globally responsible for Compliance by investigating and resolving internal/external quality events, management of CAPA plans, and supporting central lab Operations in quality issues.  This individual possesses the ability to adapt, work independently and collaboratively on projects as needed, and can apply critical thinking to a multitude of varying, nuanced issues.

The role is as daunting as it is enriching. To succeed in this position, an employee will need to meet challenges head-on and be willing to seek the advice of others within the organization, as this is a role reliant upon an understanding of other departmental functions and best business practices.

Education and Experience Preferred degree:

Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years’ experience of an equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Additional / Specific Job Responsibilities:

Monitors, tracks, manage and ensure resolution of all complaints, issues, and concerns, and escalate to management/appropriate department to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers.Maintains monthly quality data for supported groupsEnsures timely resolution of quality investigationsMaintains team trackersActs as a point of contact for QAActively participates in the triage of quality events or otherwise participates in related callsCollaborates with subject matter experts in the review and updating of SOPs
