**Job Description Summary** In this role as a Freight Audit Analyst you will facilitate Logistics Invoice Audit related projects across GE HealthCare Asia region (India & South Asia, Japan, AKA & China). As a subject matter expert your will drive process simplifications to ensure on time payment to the Logistics Providers and accurate cost bookings to the general ledger. Design and develop Freight Audit related procedures, roll out best practices. Will support overall Global strategy and productivity improvements. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Managing invoice audit projects to completion on time and on budget + Maintaining a master plan for all country implementations of freight payment process in Asia + The subject matter expert is articulate and shares information effectively to a diverse audience + Propose alternatives to both senior management and core stakeholders in the invoice audit area + Leading country teams to implement freight payment process supported by outsourced specialist audit company + Ensuring consistent accounting procedures and policies for freight cost implemented in each country + Prevent operational disruption with respective risk management + Designing effective freight payment process to meet country regulations and policies **Required Qualifications and Competencies:** + College or Relevant high-level degree or formal qualification on business, finance or supply chain. + Minimum **3+ years** of experience in **Logistics** + Experience in **freight audit and accounts payable & accounting** . + Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones. + English proficiency in listening, writing, speaking and reading skills at an upper intermediate level or higher. + Fully competent using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) + Participated in simplification projects, process improvement projects. + Well-grounded in financial & IT management + Knowledge of transportation tariffs and audit processes + Familiarity with logistics / supply chain processes. **Desired Characteristics** + Proficiency in additional languages to support the Asia region. + Project management of internal and outsourced service provider activity. + Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction. + Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities. + Strong analytical skills. + Confidence to work with colleagues in a decentralized business environment. + Logical thinking. + Customer focused but result driven personality. + Compliance & controllership mindset. + Excellent communication and facilitation skills. **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
