Job Title: Logistics Broker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing and closing new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership attitude and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sale. Responsibilities + Find and drive top-line growth for a portfolio of customers + Carry a quota and be held accountable to perform against it + Qualify inbound leads and build a pipeline to overachieve quotas + Demonstrate value to create regular sales cycle from prospect to close + Build and manage a pipeline of prospective accounts through cold calling, email, and other creative sales processes + Drive continuous process improvement to educate prospects about our business and deliver a best-in-class sales experience + Use tools such as Salesforce and automation tools to track activities Essential Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree + Experience in sales in the transportation and logistics industry + Demonstrated record of achievement growing a customer base and exceeding revenue targets + Desire to prioritize in an agile environment, roll up your sleeves, and to do whatever it takes to help your team exceed their goals + Ability to prospect and close new business + Must be available to work across multiple time zones and be available during customer working hours across the U.S. About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
