This manager is accountable for the safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance of the Attapulgus site’s Logistics organization. The logistics organization is comprised of all operational functions associated with raw material receiving, catalyst component blending, and customer/site transfer shipments for FCC/Additive products, and processes supporting the production of FCC catalyst. **As a Logistics Co-Products Manager, you create chemistry by...** + Maintaining Responsible Care readiness at all times + The Logistics Manager is the TDS, (Transportation Distribution Systems), contact for the site. + Having a zero-deviation mindset for Title V compliance + Providing assistance to the Blending Coordinator and Product Management as required to maintain or improve product quality. + Ensuring that customer orders are packaged, loaded, and shipped in a timely manner and in quality equipment/packaging materials. Also, ensuring all in bound shipments are unloaded per established processes. + Controlling general Logistics area costs to meet standards. Functioning as the primary facilitator for the monthly inventory and reconciliation processes (SAP). Ensuring that all departments utilize the monthly inventory process guidelines, accurately update inventories in operations systems, and post/reconcile receipts and shipments in a timely manner. + Managing supporting processes to FCC catalyst production as well as all utilities, including but not limited to Steam, Water, Air, Co-products.
