Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing logistical operations, focusing on data management and process improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation within the supply chain.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and track containers across the supply chain line.
+ Analyze and manage large sets of data to drive process improvements.
+ Use Excel for tracking, data analysis, and generating reports.
+ Communicate effectively through Chime, Slack, email, and other platforms.
+ Present findings and updates to stakeholders.
+ Engage in individual projects and manage assigned volumes and book of business.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of experience in transportation or operations.
+ Proficiency with computers and strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Excellent communication and writing skills.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred but not required.
+ Experience in manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and/or distribution environments.
+ Expertise in MS Access and SQL is a plus.
+ Experience in data management and quality control.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
