Logistics Coordinator
Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing rail nominations and ensuring seamless communication with our B2B partners using SAP S4 TSW. This role involves troubleshooting and validating data with rail partners and collaborating with planning and operations teams to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities + Create rail nominations in SAP S4 TSW (Trader Scheduling Workbench). + Manage EDI outputs to all B2B partners to ensure seamless communication. + Validate waybill creation with rail partners to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Troubleshoot rail car load data from loading systems to resolve any issues. + Collaborate with planning and operations teams to determine proper orders for loaded rail cars. Essential Skills + Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management. + Experience with SAP ERP, particularly in logistics. + Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting. + Experience with freight, shipping, and receiving processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with rail freight is a plus. Work Environment This position is based in FishHawk with a work schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential for weekend or evening coverage. The role includes a rotational Saturday shift every third week for 4-5 hours. The work setup is hybrid, with Tuesdays in the office and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from home. Training may require the first week in-office. The majority of the team is based in Canada, with 4 out of 6 members located there. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.59 - $27.59/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
