**Job Title: Logistics Coordinator- Warehouse Rail** **Job Description** The Logistics Coordinator is accountable for developing and executing the daily railcar and package goods shipping schedules for the Richmond site. This position works within the Supply Chain team to interface with logistics providers, production operations. **Hard Skills** + Create optimized daily railcar and packaged goods loading schedules + Secure transportation for customers purchasing delivered products (PPD and PPA terms) + Coordinate scheduling and loading of customer pick-ups + Complete Loading Log transactions for customer shipments from the warehouse and railcars + Provide accurate shipping documentation for customer shipments + Maintain accurate inventory of warehouse finished goods and process aids + Coordinate daily packaged goods production + Deliver daily railcar drilling instructions to the local rail provider + Manufacture and maintain accurate inventory of packaged goods in the EDI system + Verify incoming material against purchase orders + Perform weekly inventory of material in the warehouse **Soft Skills** + Effective communication skills + Strong organizational skills + Attention to detail + Ability to work collaboratively within a team + Problem-solving skills **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, California. **Work Environment** The role operates within the Supply Chain team at the Richmond site, interfacing with logistics providers, production operations, production planners, and customer service. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
