To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Logistics Coordinator located in Kendal, Castle Mills, England.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator role will be part of an excellent design team, whose members are strong communicators, ambitious & innovative.
What a typical day looks like:
Liaising with Production and Project Managers to determine collection and delivery daysCreating delivery notes utilising the BAR bespoke softwareBooking correct size and type of vehicle with external hauliers for deliveriesLiaising with Logistics Coordinator (Switchgear) to maximise use of own vehiclesUtilising internal IT to maximise loadsWeekly advising the Walton Summit warehouse of Finished Goods storage requirementsLiaising with the warehouse(s) regarding timely resupply of raw materialsMaintaining accurate Finished Goods location recordsTasking the dedicated BAR driverExpediting PODs and maintaining statisticsCompleting tasks as directed by the Line ManagerThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
