Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

You will work as part of the DAUT Pudong logistic team to fully support on Afag Oracle project and other DAUT Pudong Customs Clearance Coordination. 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Oracle system functionalities testing for logistics team as well as material planning team Ensure company import and export procedure comply with Government/Customs policy/Emerson requirements Responsible for all the process of cargo export affairs such as cargo export documentation preparation, commercials Inspection, etc Responsible for all the process of import affairs such as cargo import documentation preparation, customs declaration, Customs locale Check, etc; File and manage the customs import and export documentation Coordinate with transportation forwarders and customs agency, arrange import/export delivery Ensure the customs documentation return from customs timely to ensure MC payment import parts reconcile with payment term Support the import and export request of other dept.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Basic knowledge in export and import  Good communications and negotiation skills Good in English and fluent in Mandarin Be familiar with the corporate culture of European and/or U.S. company

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Junior College graduate or above, major in international trade is preferred Good communications and negotiation skill
