For more information, please visit https://www.admgroup.com.  About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and coordinate our global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimizing logistics processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our international customers while upholding our commitment to inclusivity and sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities: + Global Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the global supply chain to ensure proper planning, execution, and timely delivery of products internationally. + International Transportation Management: Manage sea, air, and land transportation while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. + Logistics Process Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of logistics processes and adherence to predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, with a focus on continuous improvement. + Performance Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, transportation costs, and incidents, to inform strategic decision-making. + Americas Region Focus: Efficiently manage quotes and shipments to and from the Americas, meeting established deadlines while maintaining fluid communication with global teams. + Optimization: Analyze and optimize international transportation routes to identify the most economical, fastest, and safest options. + Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with transportation and logistics service providers to negotiate favorable rates and conditions. + Order Tracking: Actively monitor order tracking, working closely with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers to meet stipulated delivery dates. + Supplier Performance: Identify performance issues with suppliers and develop and implement corrective and preventive plans to improve delivery quality and punctuality. + Communication: Act as the primary liaison between regional and international logistics teams, ensuring effective and inclusive communication at all levels. + Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with commercial, sales, and customer service teams to align delivery expectations with market needs. + Compliance: Plan, coordinate, and review international documentation for product deliveries, ensuring compliance with international trade, security, and transportation laws. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 2 years or more proven experience in managing global logistics operations, with expertise in international transportation and regulations. + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English. + Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. + Optimization & Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on efficiency and innovation. + Proactivity: Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions independently. + Collaboration: Strong skills in fostering clear, fluid, and collaborative communication across departments (administration, logistics, transporters, etc.). + Project Management: High attention to project monitoring and performance evaluation, achieving on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery. + Expertise: Knowledge of import and export processes, particularly for POP (Point of Purchase) products, and familiarity with international regulations. + Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to managing complex processes.
