**Job Title: Logistics Specialist - Traffic Office Coordinator II**
**Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary**
**Location: Fort Worth (Roanoke), TX (On-Site)**
**Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM)**
**Possible Saturday based on customer needs**
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team as a Traffic Office Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the customer’s traffic office and our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to manage relationships with customers, associates, and external vendors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Track, trace, and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery.
+ Resolve transportation and shipping issues promptly.
+ Respond to customer calls and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, associates, and external vendors.
+ Ensure all shipments are created, reviewed, and completed accurately.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Previous customer service experience preferred.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
**Additional Details:**
+ **Pay Rate:** $17 - $18 per hour
+ **Location:** Fort Worth, TX 76177
+ **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with possible Saturday work based on customer needs.
