We offer: + 5 Days of PTO + 6 Paid Holidays + Up to 50% of health insurance premiums paid by Impact + Access to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programs The Logistics Coordinator ensures that all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments are properly maintained as well as assisting the Purchasing Supervisor when it is warranted.  Essential Job Duties + Assists the Team Lead with prioritizing and assigning IC tasks to associates. + Supports outbound function by resolving order exceptions (e.g. missing parts, wave shortages, status 10s, etc.). + Resolve outbound order exceptions (e.g. missing parts, wave shortages, status 10s, etc.). + Monitor inventory exceptions; prioritize and assign associates tasks as required. + Perform direct tasks as needed (e.g. cycle counts, bin audits). + Problem solve inventory exceptions across the warehouse. + Additional responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + One (1) year of experience in shipping and/or receiving. + Experience navigating Logistics Management Software. SAP and PKMS, preferred. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities + Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational capacity. + Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks). + Collaborative attitude. + Solution-oriented mindset. + Comfort using common logistics management software (e.g. SAP, PKMS). + Familiarity with best practices in inventory control. + Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient. + Strong customer service capabilities. + Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management.
