Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing both inbound and outbound shipments. This role involves coordinating drivers, scheduling and communicating with customers and drivers, maintaining pricing records, and ensuring all tracking information is documented. The position requires extensive coordination and communication with internal and external customers, utilizing Excel Spreadsheets and ERP software to track information and generate reports.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound shipments.Schedule and communicate with customers via phone and email for service and maintain pricing records.Coordinate with drivers to maintain their schedules.Coordinate outbound shipments for drivers, maintaining records and inputting information into management software.Manage shipping labels and bills of lading (BOLs) for outgoing shipments and track order fulfillment.Utilize Excel Spreadsheets and ERP to track information and generate reports.Ensure all tracking information is documented in the system.Essential Skills2+ years of logistics experience.Experience with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills via phone and email.Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Knowledge of inventory, freight, and supply chain management.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
