The coordinator will report to the EU Logistics Manager.

As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination of logistics operations and the performance management of our Logistics Service Providers in the EU region. You ensure performance level expectations are achieved and support the Logistics organization in the development and execution of the Logistics Strategic Quality Plan. Your goal: manage day to day operation, achieve advantaged, compliant logistics cost and service solutions.
You will be involved in a great diversity of logistics processes and you will be regularly collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Although your focus is on the daily operations and hands-on logistics to make sure all products are delivered according to our high-quality standards, you recognize and address process issues and come with proposals for improvements.

You have up-to-date knowledge of transport and warehouse logistics and have a structured and methodological way of working. You can handle multiple activities and projects at the same time in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

This is what you bring:

Bachelor degree in the field of logistics will be a plusExperience (1-5 years) in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Customer Service or a similar roleFluent in EnglishERP knowledge; SAP knowledge will be a plusFamiliarity with third party logistics suppliersExperience in 3PL or 4PL environmentBusiness knowledge - ability to analyze and interpret data to prioritize and act accordinglyComputer skills - Working knowledge of current software systems, i.e. SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Adaptability and Change Oriented - ability to adapt rapidly but with cost efficiency to changes in the business. Reads the environment and proactively adjusts course, matching the scale of change with the timing requirements and prioritiesPlanning and Organizing - ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively to produce measurable resultsCustomer focus - is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, gets first hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mindAvailable for possible travel up to 25% of the time within EUAuthorized to work in Poland
