What You’ll Be Doing
Processes product returns and information while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. Inputs accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties.
Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers.
Dispose of or resolve inbound calls.
Process defective and non- conforming product.
Follow up with vendor returns group to expedite returned product with supplier.
Assist in onboarding new customers and develop tailored post-production programs to meet their needs.
Responsible for quoting new post-production programs and projects.
Serve as a consultant to project leaders, providing expertise in inventory software systems and compliance to support the implementation of new or transferred business.
Assist with written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements related to processes
Other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$25.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
