IGT is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our high-performing Scheduling team as a Logistics Coordinator II in Las Vegas. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first line of contact, coordinating all scheduled activities to ensure we meet our quarterly and annual targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IGT’s goals with those of our customers, ensuring seamless product delivery and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing and documenting customer cases, using CRM reports to monitor KPIs, and continuously seeking ways to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IGT and the customer’s goals are met. Respond to, resolve, and document all incoming cases reported by customers via telephone, web, and other support channels as required. Coordinating delivery of products based on customer requested delivery date and Utilize CRM reports to ensure KPIs are met. Perform additional tasks or projects as requested to improve overall productivity, efficiency, and level of service. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to adapt to changing situations and make timely decisions. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of Gaming, logistics and order management. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in logistics. Experience in coordinating transportation and distribution activities. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to implement process enhancements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of ERP tools and CRM applications. Ability to pass a background security investigation. Available to work overtime and weekends, as needed. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree 1-2 years scheduling or logistics experience. SAP knowledge or experience.  Previous background in manufacturing or distribution. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this position is $25/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
