**Our client, a logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting both customers and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, aligning successfully within the organization.

**Pay Range: $21 - $22**
**What’s the Job?**
1. Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
2. Process orders, receipts, and inventory updates in warehouse management and truck management systems.
3. Communicate with truck drivers during check-in, assign dock doors, and process paperwork upon departure.
4. Verify inbound and outbound orders to ensure alignment with shipping documents and warehouse records.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally and work to resolve problems or discrepancies.
**What’s Needed?**
1. Prior customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
2. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong phone and email communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while self-motivated.
5. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
