Logistics & Customer Service Specialist 1

**The Position**
**Logistics & Customer Service Specialist:**
+ Ensure accuracy of replenishment planning book by regular review of alerts & follow up with respective countries, monthly check of accuracy of inventory & forecast upload, perform interface check
+ Support coordination of life cycle activities : SLCI/RSPP status, transfer master list, SKU withdrawal and to coordinate master data maintenance/creation
**Tasks & responsibilities** **:**
1. **Importation:**
+ Follow up with POPU for doc’s, checking, request for correction in case of discrepancy
+ Follow up shipment arrival with forwarder/shipping lines to manage clearance on time
+ Prepare, print & sign doc’s, scan and send doc’s to customs broker for clearance
+ Check and confirm customs declaration sheet on VNACCS system (customs system)
+ Prepare and submit dossier to DAH / DAV on National single window for import quota
+ Make payment request in GBS for BoehringerIngelheim affiliates, import tax, VAT, customs declaration fee for customs, local customs formality service to customs broker, port charges, storage charges, trucking from port to warehouse
+ Prepare SPA / POA and get it signed for import product
+ Filling doc’s for internal/external audit purpose
1. **Customer Service:**
+ Check inventory and inform customer of inventory details such as batch number, MFD, EXP, inventory status to get customer’s confirmation on delivery
+ Create S.O in GBS and inform WH team to create D.O
+ Inform accounting team to issue VAT invoice to customer & send VAT invoice to customer
+ Create return order (if any)
+ Create credit note for rebate based on promotion program
+ Coordinate with distributorto deploy stock between warehouses as per marketing requests
+ Check and confirm costs for special deployment
1. **Planning:**
+ Manage demand consensus within the OPU through S&OP process
+ Pro-actively manage demand & supply alignment from OPU with ROPU CSCM and production site contacts
+ Manage receipt plans in GRP/BIX@ to ensure sufficient inventory for business
+ Evaluate regulatory change impact to reflect on demand & supply plan
+ Manage day of inventory projection in short and long term to balance business opportunity and destruction risk mitigation at distributors
+ Receive any duties and be responsible for implementation when assigned by the company
1. **Coordinate reporting:**
+ Ensure country's monthly logistics fees are reported timely
+ Manage and report on 3PL customs clearance KPI timely
+ Monthly dashboard
**Requirements:**
**Minimum education /Degree requirement:** Bachelor degree or equivalent: Business Administration or Economics.
**Required capabilities( Skill, Experience , competencies):**
+ Good know-how in SAP
+ Excellent in excel
+ 3-5 years experience in imported documentation and customs formalities
+ Good track record of cross-functional work within supply chain or commercial functions
+ Good communication skills across functions and persistence
+ Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret information and reports
+ Proactive working style
+ Structured working style with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
+ Language skills: proficient in English
