We’re looking for a Logistics design coordinator to join our site in Wellingborough. The purpose of this role is to strengthen the pricing and implementation of carrier solutions, for new customer enquiries or significant changes to existing business.
Joining us on a permanent, full-time basis, you will predominately work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Reporting to the Pricing and Solutions Team Leader, define solutions for new customers, which meet/exceed their expectations to aid in winning new business, profitably Constant review of pricing frameworks to ensure the best services are offered to our existing customers Training and support tickets for the Carrier Management System Basic project management to support new customer/carrier implementations On boarding of new carriers, manage online carrier portals, annual rate card and site/depot visits to better understand carrier processes and end to end requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO
Expert knowledge and execution of Microsoft Excel plus experience of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint software. Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients. Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills. Experience of parcel carriers and services would be an advantage.
