Skilled at finding and understanding data and data patterns to construct conclusions and insights that aid in decision making.  Skilled in developing alternative scenarios., including planning, logistics, and customer fulfillment. Proven success in leading planning, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.Solid understanding of portfolio management and financial KPIs that impact operational performance.

Thrives under pressure, change, and ambiguity in a dynamic environment.Change Agent:Proven ability to communicate effectively across functions and leadership levels (including SLT).Strong root-cause analysis skills to identify true issues. Responsible for logistics operations, budget management, and team leadership.
