Mission \:

·  Logistics Engineering Data Analyst is a data analytics expert supporting NAM Logistics Engineering and Distribution Center Operations with a primary focus on…

o  Developing, implementing, and optimizing current KPI reporting, using various extract tools for data collection and support primarily focused on the Manhattan warehouse management system.

o  E2E Monitoring Control tower Support with reporting requirements for business innovation, automation, and customer enhancements.

o  General logistics run-state solutions support for NAM DC flows including outbound, inbound, inventory and returns.

·  Skills for this position\:

o  Experience in Manhattan WMS, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA

o  Experience in Data Mining, Data Analytics

o  Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI

o  Coding or configuration experience preferred.

o  Basic understanding of middleware (ie\: SAP PI)

o  Basic understanding of warehouse processes

o  Ability to translate business requirements for new reporting innovations and requests into automated reported, i.e. RPA.

o  Ability to explore and design analytical reports in collaboration with various teams of experts.

o  Excellent at solving problems and working through complex analytics.

o  Design supporting documentation, and train various types of end users on reports developed.

o  Candidate is proactive, collaborative, Organized, and detail oriented.

o  Self-driven and highly motivated team player.

o  Ability to work independently and transparently in a team based on an agile structure.

o  Ability to liaise between business operations teams, non-technical end users, and global technical support teams.

o  Ability to effectively communicate with local, regional, and global teams.
