Role and responsibilitiesAs a Logistics Coordinator you are responsible to proactively predict and prevent stagnations by monitoring the logistics processes and you are in the lead to manage escalations in case they occur. You act as single point of contact for all incoming control activities and make sure the right departments are involved to perform the actions.
Monitoring logistics processes (SAP ECC & EWM)
Report on performance
Initiate and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
Setting priorities on disturbances within the logistics processes and activities
Lead escalations
Contact with internal customers and stakeholders (e.g. Factories TF & EF, PP, CRL, MH, ASML Warehouses, DHL)
Education and experienceAs a Logistics Coordinator you will need:
MBO +/ HBO in the field of logistics, warehousing or technical area
Experience in logistics environment, preferably in a warehouse
Knowledge of MS-Office package
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
Experience with stakeholder management
ASML work experience preferred
Language skills : English, Dutch

Other informationThe Logistics Operations department is responsible for the storage, planning, assembling and shipment of ASML material, e.g. systems, upgrade packages etc. As part of the Logistics Operations team, this role is positioned within the Control Tower. The Control Tower is the responsible team for all administrative flows, preventing and predicting stagnations.
As a Logistics Coordinator you will work in a Support shift schedule. A support shift schedule consists of an early shift one week and a late shift the next week. You have a 4 day workweek and are expected to work 1 weekend shift every 4 weeks. Keep in mind that the shift schedule might change to day shift over time.
