Job Responsibilities 

Compliance with Global Shipping guidelines Planning shipments according to Plants order in a timely manner and to liaise closely with receiving plants by providing them with accurate shipping information and changes to their order Maintain a good retrieval system for the shipping dept where present and historical data can be retrieved easily Assisting the Senior logistics executive ensuring that all sales are accounted for in the month and that all shipping documents are delivered in a timely fashion to the customer Ensure shipment on time delivered as per defined target and no tire plant production interruption

 

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year Supply Chain Activities preferably with ocean freight shipping experience Must have experience in Shipping and Documentation preferably in the Rubber Trade.  Be proficient in handling shipping documents.   The work involves from the time an order is issued to the final fulfilment of the order with accurate invoicing. Proficient in MS office working around data management and retrieval.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be a team player.      Must have experience in SAP Ability to work and understand import/export documentation and procedures.  Adaptable to changes Self-driven and highly motivated
