Deal with agents and surveyors for each discharge or loading.Check vessels' noon report and voyage cost.Plan terminals and storages based on receiving loading and discharge requests from the commercial officer.Update the storage inventory file.Update vessel daily report file.Communicate with the accounting team for related invoice payments.Assign agent, and surveyor before the vessel arrives at the load port and disport.Log all-time charter vessels' fuel consumption, voyage distance, trade NO, speed cargo type, and quantity.Follow up on the insurance contract for each cargo to be prepared by the selected insurance company.Report storage stock to the commercial team to enable them to plan cargo.Follow up with masters, agents, and surveyor terminals to ensure everything operates for load and discharge.

Requirements:

Marine or Engineering studies (experience in Oil and Gas operations can be advantageous).A high degree of confidentiality and dependability.Flexibility with high adaptability.Excellent communication skills.Good command of English skills (written and oral).Ability to work 24/7 and under pressure.High level of expertise in Excel.
