Logistics Financial Analyst
Additional Job Description

Ecolab is looking for a Logistics Financial Analyst reporting to the Finance Manager, Logistics Europe. The role will support Market Logistics Managers and Supply Chain Finance Director.  This role is key to ensuring that processes operate efficiently around reporting and analytics in the Logistics Finance space. To that end, the role will have many opportunities to create and improve processes and analytics to support the Europe supply chain operating efficiencies agenda. 

What You Will Do:

Support and coordinate Europe Logistics financial performance analysis and metrics in conjunction with the Europe Logistics and Europe Division organizationsManage the core reporting and analysis for plan, forecasts, and monthly performance processes.Support delivery of logistics projects driving operational improvement through sound financial advice. Track and validate logistics savings projects.Partner with SC Finance teams in design / coordination of forecast and plan processesDevelop financial analysis and provide decision support for strategic projects and cross market initiatives, working closely with Markets, Divisions, and Functions.Support the month end close process for the market where requiredAd hoc reporting and analysis as required

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance1-3 years relevant work experienceFluent in English (minimum C1 both written and verbally)Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Numerical and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail, process orientated, and solution-oriented working styleAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesWork with cross-functional teams in a multinational/matrix environment.Financial Controlling experience is a strong advantageExperience and/or knowledge in using SAP Finance/ Power BI is considered an advantageHyperion Financial Management and Enterprise Performance Management (HFM/EPM) knowledge is a plus
