In Siemens Sp. z o.o. we are currently looking for Logistics Handling Specialist with Dutch f/m/d to join our international Global Business Services in one of our divisions. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing, some logistics activities and regular contact with client. There is also a possibility to work remotely.  You will be responsible for:Processing and execution of orders (SO/PO) in the system (SAP)Invoice processing (SAP)Phone and e-mail contact with customers and suppliersClose cooperation with various internal departmentsOrganization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulationsHandling warranty and return processTransferring stock from central magazine to technicians administrativelyCost allocation from central invoices to cost and profit centers with semi-structural working methodActively proposing process optimizations What do you need to make real what matters?Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch (mandatory) and good level of EnglishExperience/background in logistics/supply chain, business administration, customer service (gained preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO)Knowledge of SAPAbility to work in a teamGood communication and customer service skillsOpen-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to performed tasks We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
