Logistics Import and Export Administrator

Responsibilities Interface with domestic and overseas logistics operation centers; Coordinate with customs brokers and prepare customs clearance documents; Maintain import/export plan and declaration data and commodity data base in itrade; Prepare application documents for tax relief and submit them to customs for approval; Handle customs duty tariff online and prepare paperwork; Deal with the customs inspection if needed; Contact with forwarder and warehouse to pick up; Prepare the approval documents and customs declaration materials for repair items, follow up the approval progress and arrange the declaration; Follow up the re-import or re-export process of repaired goods and make corresponding declarations; Maintain the itrade system to make the invoice/packing list and other required document according to Import & Export Tariff Guidebook, coordinate customs clearance; Contact with forwarder and warehouse to pick up; Assist supervisor for feasible logistics solutions; Support maintenance of the report according to the business request, such as import and export analyses, logistics and service provider performance evaluation; Support and cooperate with the AEO maintenance work; Imp&exp declaration, include but not limit daily communication with customs broker and license application; Focus and control the logistics cost; Focus and report the daily non-conformity and non-compliant issue; Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered; Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company or its authorized delegate.

 

Competencies Bachelor’s degree Quality management, Logistics, Business trade or English At least 1 years’ working experience about Customs affairs; Knowledge of quality management  Knowledge of import and export regulations Knowledge of customs free trade zone bonded policy. Knowledge of AEO certification. Familiar ISO or other quality management; Skilled English and computer application; Work together Talking and listening to each other Being open for change and development Making competent decisions Thinking and acting responsibly
