Responsibilities Develop and implement logistics strategies for efficient transportation and delivery of precast products. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and reduce material shortages. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during transportation and warehousing. Monitor and analyze logistical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and monitor their performance. Supervise and train logistics staff to enhance operational efficiency. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality. Prepare and maintain detailed records of logistics activities.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum of 12 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the precast industry. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards. Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and lead a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
