Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Robotics system within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will be mainly accountable for:Increase profitable sales and win market shares in Logistic market through establishing new accounts for the company while maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts in China. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.Acquisition of key customers in the respective market/industryLook after and consult customers in the respective market/industryAnalyze, establish and expand networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers, system-integrators, reseller, universities, associations) in the respective market/industryAnalyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiariesAnalyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in logistic industry
Qualifications for the roleUniversity majored in industrial automation/mechanical/electronic engineering At least 5 years working experience in technical sales position of Logistic industry. Foreign invested company working experience is a preferredExperience in develop and manage sales channels is preferred With high flexibility (desired)Proactive, aggressive and initiative (must)Good interpersonal & presentation skill (must)Good English (both writing and speaking) Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (preferred)Good sales track record
