The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Support & Installation Specialist to join our US team. This practical, hands-on role is all about getting our systems up and running, keeping them running, and making sure our clients are happy along the way.

You’ll be responsible for prepping and testing hardware in the warehouse, assisting with on-site installations, and supporting clients when they experience technical issues. You’ll work closely with our operations, support, and client success teams to ensure seamless execution and happy customers.

What You’ll Do

Logistics

Organize and coordinate hardware shipments to client locationsMaintain and manage inventory of equipment and components 

Installation & On-Site Support

Assist with system installations at new client locationsTroubleshoot installation issues on-site or remotelyCollaborate with clients and the GoPhoto team to ensure smooth setups

Ongoing Technical Support

Respond to support requests from client locationsResolve issues or escalate them to the development team as neededHelp ensure stable, reliable performance across all operational sites

What We’re Looking For

Technically minded and comfortable working with hardware & basic softwareA practical, hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitudeDetail-oriented and organized — especially when handling inventory and logisticsComfortable traveling occasionally for installations and support 

Requirements

Basic technical skills (experience with hardware like cameras, touchscreens, tablets, etc.)Experience in a technical support or operational role is a plusValid driver’s license (travel required for installations)Based in or near Orlando, FLAble to lift, handle, and transport hardware equipment when needed
