As part of the Logistics Operations Department, providing support in ensuring that the Stores operation especially timely dispatch of outbound materials and finished goods is running optimally and adhering to all the Standards, Policy & Procedures set by the organization.
Key Deliverables:
You will be responsible to supervise and assist in the handling, storage and transportation for finished goods at OCI.Coordinate and schedule forklift operations, locating the finished goods items inside the store etc. with plant logistics department.Coordinate to ensure proper receipt and arrangement of materials for delivery based on request forwarded by the production, marketing, quality control/assurance departments daily.Assist to raise a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) with the Quality Assurance department in case the drums/finished goods received are not of good quality.Coordinate to transfer the finished goods from the test/production area to the storage area and ensure that they are stored in the designated locations.Coordinate with the S&M department for the receipt of the picking list for dispatch.Coordinate with the plant logistics department and ensure correct finished goods items are taken from the pre-assigned storage locations and loaded on to the trailer/trucks.You will be responsible to ensure that proper shrink wrapping/cover is also applied on the finished goods wherever necessary.Conduct weekly inspection of pellets, finished goods, storage condition, High Value items, etc.Conduct and attend regular meetings with plant logistics, store, etc.Handle requisition of finished goods, drums, etc. from department. Receipt of requisition, checking for the availability, issuing of items against requisition, all process through the ERP system.You will be reconciliation of requisition received in the day against issued items and reconciliation of the stock every day.Monitor the receipts done by store subordinates.Ensure no wrong delivery is made. FIFO system to be maintained.Monitor the daily work operations done by the delivery subordinates and gaudiness in appropriate manner.Assist in overall housekeeping and ensure HSE policies are followed at the warehouse/stores.Job Profile:
