Logistics Management Analyst

**Purpose** : Assists in the execution of program operations to include the management of the program. This individual will perform complex and confidential administrative related functions to ensure program management operations flow smoothly.

**Essential duties and responsibilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Coordinates with the Program Manager (PM)/Deputy Program Manager (DPM) on short/long term planning.
+ Interfaces with designated government representatives and other contractor elements to ensure smooth operations and compliance with government directives, standards, and needs of the U.S. Government.
+ Develops and/or prepares Decision Making Processes, Courses of Action, information briefings, and decision briefings to provide to the brigade, other units, and program staff.
+ Monitors the execution of plans and schedules as well as provides recommendations to adjust workload and workforce accordingly to accomplish the mission.
+ Identify complex systemic problems and provides solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the program’s deliverables to the customer.
+ Assists in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training plans.
+ Conducts, leads, and participates in briefings, problem-solving meetings, and PMO operations discussions.
+ Analyzes data and performs causative research.
+ Identifies Temporary Duty (TDY) and Overtime (OT) requirements and submits the official requests to the Government.
+ Coordinates travel through the company’s approved travel agency.
+ Produces and editing business correspondence for the Project Management Office (PMO).
+ Provides timely, accurate and relevant information to Program leadership and/or Government personnel as required.
+ Assess, plan, and implement special projects under the direction of the PM/DPM.
+ Complies data, reports, and slide decks for weekly program meetings.
+ Prepares independent cost estimates.
+ Generate all required reports, charts, graphs, and/or data calls.
+ Provide administrative support related to the overall management of the program.
+ Develop, coordinate, organize, and maintain the program management office calendar.
+ Assists with program staffing requirements.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualification and experience requirements:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
+ High School diploma or equivalent required.
+ 5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating or similar experience is required.
+ Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.
+ Must have strong organizational and planning skills.
+ Be computer literate and skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.).
+ Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
+ Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.
+ Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion
+ Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.
+ Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card.
**Specialized knowledge and skills**
+ Ability to speak, read, write, and understand German and/or Polish is a plus.
+ Ability to independently operate with minimal supervision.
+ Cooperate with staff, public, vendors, salespersons, suppliers, contractors, etc.

**2) PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
+ Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively up to a 48-hour work week.
+ Must be able to endure long hours (overtime as required).
**3) WORK ENVIRONMENT**
+ Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, mainly sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
+ May be required to deploy on missions on short notice at the direction of the PMO.
