You will be a Logistics Coordinator for Lockheed Martin's Lexington, KY facility, where you will play a key role in receiving, repairing, and upgrading equipment from the field. Our team is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and returned to customers in a timely manner.



What You Will Be Doing

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the repair and/or upgrade of equipment with internal and external repair facilities, as well as tracking and updating the status of repair equipment. You will work closely with internal and external customers, commercial vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all equipment is properly managed and maintained.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Receive equipment from the field and coordinate repair and/or upgrade with internal and external repair facilities
• Track and update the status of repair equipment using established processes
• Provide weekly repair status reports to customers
• Manage equipment within the established inventory management system (IMS)
• Assist with physical inventory of equipment
• Communicate with internal and external customers, as well as commercial vendors
• Perform other job duties as required to meet mission requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.

Desired Skills:
Ability to perform in a fast paced, highly demanding, team environment. Knowledge of Jobscope, GOLD, SAP, Property Accountability, Supply Maintenance Procedures is a plus. Prior experience working in an SSA, knowledge of government supply systems (PBUSE, GCSS-A, etc) COMSEC custodian responsibilities. Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
