Logistics Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will identify all actions and required information related to the requirements, development, and execution of the Life Cycle Logistics processes; and material fielding support to projects and products. Logisticians integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments. They are responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures, and systems, and providing implementation guidance. Logisticians provision documentation aligned with customer-provided standards. Participating in customer reviews, validations, and/or verifications. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following skills and experiences: Duties: Develop and maintain logistics databases systems using software such as MS Access, PowerLOG-J, SLICwave. Assisting in building an acquisition Logistics Product Database (LPD), using existing engineering drawings for customer. Assisting in challenging Logistics Supportability Planning and Procedures for customer. Managing multiple deadlines and priorities within specified timeframes. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Develop briefings. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point required.   Desired Education: High School/Vocational School Degree or GED certificate.   Desired Experience:  7 years related professional experience in integrated logistics support.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054.40 to $110,542.90 $(annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
