Provide guidance for and direction over the logistics portion of the U.S. Army Pacific Commander's Theater Army Campaign Plan (TACP) and Theater Security Cooperation Program (TSCP). Serve as Executive Agent for the Pacific Area Foreign Humanitarian Assistance Program - Excess Property (FHAP-EP). Execute mission in concert with the U.S. Army Pacific's International Military Affairs. Support major exercises located in the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility, annually.
